When contacting support, include your account email, approximate time of the issue, device and iOS version if relevant, and a short description of what happened.
Do not send passwords, private keys, payment details or highly sensitive documents by email.
Delete Your Account
You can delete your Roam account at any time from inside the app, in Settings. Deleting your account removes or disconnects your profile, trip memberships and your own content, including media in private storage, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access the app and need help deleting your account, email mel1am@hotmail.com from your account email address.
Urgent Safety Issues
For immediate danger or criminal activity, contact local authorities first. Roam support is not an emergency service.
